animation sector as well.
For instance, an animation company may engage an author to create an
animated version of a character. Such animated character would constitute an
artistic work under the Copyright Act.
Further, the animated lm would constitute a cinematographic lm under the
Copyright Act. Likewise, a game would have several elements involving literary
work in the form of computer programmes, as well as artistic works and other
works showcased in the game.
