Copyright does not last for perpetuity.
In the case of original literary, dramatic, musical and artistic works, copyright
subsists for the entire duration of the lifetime of the author and continues for
60 years from the beginning of the calendar year following the year of the
death of the author.
In the case of cinematograph lms, sound recordings, posthumous
publications, anonymous and pseudonymous publications, works of
government and works of international organizations, copyright subsists
for 60 years from the beginning of the calendar year following the year
of rst publication.
