1. Dissolution of the Executive Committee can happen when 2/3 of the General Body
members at a Meeting specially requisitioned for the purpose, can dissolve the Executive
Committee and elect a new Executive Committee.

2. Dissolution of the Association:

The Association shall not at any time be dissolved without obtaining the written consent
of 90% of the then existing (living) members having voting rights and before its
dissolution it shall be determined upon the intended distribution of the funds and property
of the Association which shall be fairly and distinctly stated and set out in writing or be
sent to each member prior to his or her consent being given to such dissolution. The
dissolution can happen only in a specially requisitioned General Body Meeting.
