With nearly four decades of experience, Commander Alok Mohan has held significant roles in both governmental and private sectors, demonstrating expertise as a senior professional and engineer. His tenure in the Indian Navy's aviation wing contributed significantly to ensuring accident-free flying, successfully introducing key equipment like the Chukar III PTA, and establishing critical aircraft maintenance facilities.

From 2016 to 2024 (Till date) He has authored several books & papers. He was also honored with Most Inspiring Personality of the year during International Education Pride awards function-2023.
He was honoured with National Gallantry award for safeguarding against a potentially catastrophic event on 07 Oct 1985 and protecting community.
