My Achievement

Nikhil Ramesh Baakre & Shantanu Dilip Baakre are two cousin brothers from the city of Bhopal & Indore (M.P.) respectively.
Nikhil has learnt Hindustani Classical Vocals & harmonium from his father late Pt. Shri Ramesh Baakre & Vidushi. Smt. Jayashree Savagunji. He's also known as a good rhythm guitarist and harmonium player.

Shantanu is a multi instrumentalist and plays Tabla, Guitar & Keyboard. He got his initial music training from his uncle late Pt. Ramesh Baakre ji and learnt harmonium from his father Mr. Dilip Baakre. He has learnt tabla from Pt. Makrand Halwe (Bhopal). Shantanu is currently learning piano under the guidance of Pt. Chetan Ghodeshwar.

Nikhil-Shantanu have recorded Mrs. Usha Utthup (Famous Playback Singer) for the title track of their next marathi movie, in which they are working as Music Directors. The Marathi feature film is scheduled to release next year.

Nikhil-Shantanu have done a lot of musical projects in the recent years which includes, jingles, albums, video covers, college anthems etc. For Eg:

2. The Acropolis Anthem
3. Barahkhadi Song for Daly College
4. The Prestige Anthem (In Progress)

Nikhil-Shantanu's latest single track 'Tujhko Hi Sochu' is ruling the internet for its beautiful visuals and music. They have done various music videos which are available on youtube.

There recent short film made for 'India Film Project', got selected in the top 50 movies out of the 1500 entries from all over Asia.
