Composer and lyricists of karle pyaar karle approached Music Composer's Association of India (MCAI) and film writer's Association (FWA) to complain against the producer of the film Suneel Darshan. 

The music for the slated for a january 10, 2013 release is scored by an assortment of composers including Meet Brothers Anjjan, Rashid Khan, Prashant Singh, Rayyan Ameen, and others. The Album is Mastered and mixed by Eric Pillai. The audio rights of the film are with Sony Music. After the launch of the music of the film last  week, the composers and lyricists were reportedly shocked to see name of Suneel Darshan as co-composer and  co-lyricist in the in-lay card of the CD. They cite that Darshan had deeliberately and falsely inserted his name as co-composer and co-lyricist for all the songs
